How can I place an order?

Simply browse through our online collections, add your favorite items to the cart, and proceed to checkout to complete your purchase.

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

No, we currently don’t offer COD. Please use our online payment methods to place your order.

Are there any additional charges for different size requirement?

We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized. Further, for plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price. We also charge additional for all alteration done on products bought on sale/discount.

Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

We recommend creating an account for a smoother and more personalized shopping experience. It’s quick and easy — just enter your name, email ID, and password to sign up. Then, provide your shipping details and choose a payment method to complete your order.

How can i cancel an order?

Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been prepared for dispatch. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. Please note, orders cannot be revised once placed. If you wish to make changes, you'll need to cancel the order within the allowed time and place a new one.

What are the modes of payment accepted?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Razor Pay and most international credit and debit.

Do you accept international credit cards?

Yes, we accept International Credit Cards as well.

Is my payment secure?

We process your payments via secured & verified payment gateways. We assure you that the process is 100% safe and secure.

How will I know you received my order & when will payment be deducted?

After you place your order, you will be sent an email confirming that it has been received. Your card will only be debited at time of dispatch. In the rare instance that any of the items you have ordered are not available, we will contact you by email and will only charge your credit card for the value of the items in stock.

How do I remove saved credit card details?

There are two ways to remove previously saved credit card details:

  • Edit or add a new shipping or billing address.
  • During your next purchase, simply unselect the option "remember my payment details" on the payment page.

What are the shipping rates?

Shipping is free. We only accept online payments via our secure gateway — COD is not available.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, we will share the dispatch/tracking details for your reference over an e-mail which you can track on our courier partner’s website.

Can I change the shipping address of the order?

Yes, you can request a change in the shipping address before the order is billed or dispatched. Please contact our Customer Care Team as soon as possible to make the necessary updates.

Can I collect my online order from the Bharat Reshma Store?

Yes, you can choose to collect your online order from the Bharat Reshma store. However, after placing your order, please make sure to inform our team via WhatsApp or email so we can arrange in-store pickup accordingly.

What is the timeline for shipping and delivery?

Ready to Ship selection will be Shipped within 3 to 5 business days.

Made to Order products the information is product specific and mentioned against each garment on our website. An estimated shipping time for made to order products will range from 20-45 days, depending on the product.

  • Ships Within 12-15 days (Shirts & Co-ord set)
  • Ships Within 15-20 days (Jacket, Kurta, Gown, Bandhgala)
  • Ships Within 25-30 days (Sherwani, Heavy Embroidery pieces)
Who are the courier partners of Bharat Reshma?

We ship our orders through trusted courier partners such as DHL and DTDC, ensuring reliable and timely delivery both in India and internationally.
