- We ship from our Delhi office and shipping is free within India. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the product page.
- For international orders, we use FedEx and DHL for delivery.
- Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.bharatreshma.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
- If your order has multiple products with different delivery dates, all products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
- After placing an order, you will receive an email acknowledgment. This will be followed by another email once we have verified your payment details and approved your order for shipping. In the event of a problem in processing your order, you will receive an email detailing the issue and possibly requesting further information. You will receive regular email updates on the delivery status of your order.
- Please note that bharatreshma.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

- We are also unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times.

We are unable to accept returns on any products.
Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at firstname.lastname@example.org can be sent.
The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.
Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.bharatreshma.com.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 – 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.
www.bharatreshma.com takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when bharatreshma.com approves it.
