Made-to-Measure Policy
All our orders are exclusively Made to Measure and are specially crafted based on individual requirements. Hence, they are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable, except in cases of genuine manufacturing defects or incorrect product delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate measurements. Bharat Reshma will not be liable for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to failed delivery attempts or an incorrect address, the customer will bear the re-shipping charges.
Slight variations in color, texture, or finish may occur due to screen resolution, lighting, and fabric dyeing processes. These will not be considered defects.
Minor fit adjustments are a part of the made-to-measure process and will be resolved through alterations only. Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for fit-related concerns.
Returns & Exchanges
As a standard company protocol across all direct points of sale, Bharat Reshma does not endorse any return or exchange policy for both domestic (bharatreshma.com) and international (global.bharatreshma.com) orders, whether made-to-order pieces, except in the following exceptional scenarios:
Exceptional Scenarios
- If the merchandise you have received is damaged, defective, or not in good condition
- If you have received a wrong product
In all the above cases, the client must notify us within 24 hours of delivery by writing to customercare@bharatreshma.com, along with clear images and details of the issue.
If we are not notified within 24 hours, we may not be able to accept the request.
Return Process & Conditions
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact
- Returns or exchanges will only be accepted after prior approval from Bharat Reshma
- Items sent without prior intimation will not be accepted and may be returned to the sender
- Products purchased during sale or with any discount are non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable
Shipping & Return Charges
Domestic Orders (India):
Free shipping is available on all orders placed via bharatreshma.com
International Orders:
Free shipping is available on orders above USD 300 via global.bharatreshma.com Orders below this value will incur applicable shipping charges
Exchange Shipping:
In case of any exchange, the customer will be responsible for bearing the shipping charges for sending the product back to us. Once the exchanged outfit is ready, Bharat Reshma will bear the cost of re-shipping the product to the customer. This applies to both domestic and international orders.
International Orders:
For international exchanges, any customs duties, taxes, or additional charges (if applicable) during redelivery will be borne by the customer.
Approval & Resolution
Once the product is received, it will undergo a quality check.
The decision will be taken within 2–3 business days, and you will be notified.
All approved returns and/or exchanges will be issued in the form of a Credit Note, valid for 6 months from the date of issue, redeemable exclusively on:
- bharatreshma.com
- global.bharatreshma.com
The Credit Note can also be used during the End of Season Sale period.
Disclaimer
- Credit Notes are issued only for the product value (MRP)
- Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable
- No returns or exchanges will be accepted on discounted products
Order Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order
- Once an order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled
- Made-to-order or customized products cannot be cancelled once production has started. Please note that Bharat Reshma does not provide monetary refunds under any circumstances.
Alterations
- Customers are required to bear all shipping charges for alterations.
- Alteration timelines depend on the level of modification required.
- Domestic Alterations: Delivery is completed within 2 to 4 weeks
- International Alterations: Delivery is completed within 2 to 5 weeks
- Requests for alterations made after 3 months of delivery will be chargeable.
- Charges will depend on the alteration required and will be confirmed by our master after consultation.
- Customers may also visit our store for alteration services.
