The estimated time to ship will differ depending on the respective delivery timelines mentioned against each product. All products are dispatched as per the timelines specified on the product page. In case of any customisations or changes in the outfit, the revised shipping timeline will be communicated via email. Any unforeseen delays in dispatch will also be notified to you via email.
Shipping & Delivery
- Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- A signature is required upon delivery.
- If you are unavailable, the courier partner will notify you via call, SMS, or email.
- If the shipment is returned to us due to failed delivery attempts, additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.
Delivery Timelines
- Domestic Orders (India): Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 6 weeks, depending on the product.
- International Orders: Orders are typically delivered within 2 to 8 weeks, depending on the product.
Shipping Charges
- Domestic Orders (India): Complimentary shipping on all orders placed via bharatreshma.com
- International Orders: Complimentary shipping on orders above USD 300 placed via global.bharatreshma.com Orders below USD 300 will incur shipping charges at checkout
Store Pickup (India)
We offer a ‘Ship to Store’ facility. To opt for store pickup, please email us at customercare@bharatreshma.com after placing your order.
A valid ID proof (Driving License, Passport, etc.) is required at the time of pickup for verification.
Alteration Shipping & Timelines
- Customers are required to bear all shipping charges when sending products to us for alterations.
- Domestic Alterations: Delivery is completed within 2 to 4 weeks
- International Alterations: Delivery is completed within 2 to 5 weeks
- Alteration timelines depend on the extent of alteration required
- Requests made after 3 months of delivery will be chargeable
- Charges will be confirmed after consultation with our master
- Customers may also visit our store for alterations

Important Information
- Orders are shipped as per the timelines mentioned on the product page.
- Shipping timelines may vary depending on the product and customisations.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box / Drop Box addresses.
- Orders cannot be redirected once dispatched.
- In case of any change in the delivery address after placing the order, customers must notify us within 3 days by emailing the updated address to customercare@bharatreshma.com.
- Bharat Reshma will not be responsible for delays caused due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
