Are there any additional charges for different size requirement?
We note that additional charges are applicable on all orders being customized. Further, for plus sizes, 'XL' and above (bust size 40.5 inch and above), we charge a 10% to 20% additional charge on the retail product price. We also charge additional for all alteration done on products bought on sale/discount.

How can I cancel an order?
Orders can be cancelled within 48 hours of placement, as long as they haven’t been prepared for dispatch. After 48 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. Please note, orders cannot be revised once placed. If you wish to make changes, you'll need to cancel the order within the allowed time and place a new one.

Shipping
- We ship from our Delhi office and shipping is free within India. Once your item has been processed & dispatched it is usually delivered within the ‘Estimated arrival time’ mentioned on the product page.
- For international orders, we use FedEx and DHL for delivery.
- Shipping times are to be used as a guide only and are based on time from order. www.bharatreshma.com cannot take responsibility for delays due to customs clearance or payment transaction.
- If your order has multiple products with different delivery dates, all products are shipped as one shipment, once all products in your order are ready.
- Please note that bharatreshma.com does not deliver to P.O. Box or Drop Box addresses. Customers are requested to provide full addresses with the postal code / zip code.

- We are also unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched. Therefore, please ensure you provide a suitable shipping address so that we can deliver as per the specified delivery times.

Returns
We are unable to accept returns on any products.
Only in exceptional cases where the garment gets damaged in transit or a wrong order is delivered, a ‘return’ request along with photograph of damaged product(s) at customercare@bharatreshma.com can be sent.
The request will be reviewed at our end and communicated to you via email. Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.
Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances (i.e. National Holiday). Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of www.bharatreshma.com.
A cancelled order will result in a credit to the users credit card/account. Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
Alterations
All alterations have a minimum lead-time of 12 – 20 days depending on the extent of alteration required.
www.bharatreshma.com takes 4 days to confirm the alteration after receiving a request. An alteration request is considered confirmed only when bharatreshma.com approves it.

Alteration Service Process
- Eligibility: Alteration services are available only for apparel. Footwear and accessories are not eligible.
- Alteration services are free of charge for the first 3 months from purchase.
- After 3 months, alterations are chargeable.
- To avail the service, please visit the nearest Bharat Reshma store within three months of purchase.
- Presenting your online order details or invoice is mandatory at the store.
- The timeline to collect the altered garment will be communicated by the store team directly.
Terms & Conditions of Alteration Service
- If the alteration request is raised after three months of purchase, stores are not bound to provide the service.
- Products once altered are not eligible for return or refund.
- The store is only responsible for altering the garment. For other online order assistance, please contact customer care.
- Alteration is limited to garment fitting only. Customization or rectification is not included in this service.

b) Custom Measurement
# Under Custom measurement option, product dispatched date will be extended to 20-30 days.
# Estimated Dispatch date will be calculated on receiving measurement details from you.

1. Regular Fit - Garments will be tailored exactly as per provided measurements.
2. Comfort Fit - Garments will be tailored with +2 inch or +5 cm loosening (whichever unit is selected).

For international orders there is a shipping fee of $19.95 per order on order value below $200 USD. Anything above the order value of $200 is applicable for free shipping only on selected countries.
GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not in our control. They vary according to the rules of different countries and must be paid directly by the buyer. GST / Custom Taxes and Import Duties are not included in our ordering process, but may be charged to you by your government. International customers are responsible for any customs or duty fees levied by their country. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict when they will occur, as policies vary greatly from nation to nation. They are entirely your responsibility.
The courier company may also charge some additional service charges over and above custom duty on a case-to-case basis. Fabric, Embroidery, Fit & Finish Quality
We are a brand name and we pride ourselves in giving the best quality products. So you can be rest assured that the quality of the products received will definitely surpass your expectations.
Most of the products listed on the website are clicked under Professional Photo Shoot studio lights & there might be a slight variation in terms of colour when the actual product is delivered.
Order delay / cancellations due to delay
Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
Incase our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided is not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may delay an order.
At any point in time, during the garment construction process it cannot be canceled.
